To promote the welfare of homeless and/or desperate domestic animals in the Jemez Valley of New Mexico

To provide educational programs

  a) promoting the benefits of spaying and neutering animals

  b) making people aware of state, county, and municipal laws concerning the treatment of animals

  c) directing complaints to the appropriate authorities

To set up a network of people willing to aid, foster, and find homes for adoptable animals or arrange placement in no-kill shelters if possible

To conduct fundraising events to facilitate the organizational aims

To work with government bodies to promote animal awareness
